DCRadio Hub is operated by DonBills90 Radio (Don Williams). We connect local churches and community organisations with their communities across Glasgow City Council, with a rollout planned across all 32 Scottish councils, through community digital radio, weekly broadcast slots, and digital fundraising brochures.
When you create an account we collect your name and email address. When you register a church or organisation we collect its name, council and ward, leader or coordinator name, email address, phone number, address, website, description, and your chosen broadcast slot. When you support a brochure we collect your name, email address, and a link to your payment proof. You may choose to appear anonymously in supporter lists. We also collect standard analytics about how you use the app, including an installable app available on the App Store and Google Play.
We use your information to process church and organisation applications, allocate weekly broadcast slots (21 fixed slots for churches and 112 programme slots for organisations per council), manage digital fundraising brochures and Tide payment links, recognise supporters who give under the £365 Community Champion model, send service updates, and improve the platform. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
We share limited details with council and community station administrators solely for slot allocation and brochure management. Payments are made through third-party providers (e.g. Tide) via payment links; we do not process or store your card or bank details, and payment proof you upload is stored only to verify your brochure slot.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from the Account page. Deletion is scheduled with a grace period during which you can cancel the request; after the grace period completes, your data is permanently removed.
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for processing at any time. You may also ask to appear anonymously as a brochure supporter. To exercise these rights, contact us through The Consultant page.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app with an updated revision date.
