The £365 Model

No organisation pays me directly for my services. Instead, four Community Champions, ideally staff or volunteers, each lead a campaign of 30 supporters giving £12, with the Champion adding £5. That's £365 raised per Champion.

The real goal isn't the money; it's the reach. Four Champions sharing the campaign post once a week, four times a month into their own communities, whether local neighbourhoods, workplaces, or social groups, achieves far more visibility than any single organisation paying for a service alone.

Lead a campaign

Each Community Champion, ideally a staff member or volunteer, leads a campaign of 30 supporters within their own community.

Supporters give £12

Thirty supporters each give £12, and the Champion adds £5, raising £365 per Champion.

Share weekly

Champions share the campaign post once a week, four times a month, into local neighbourhoods, workplaces, or social groups.

Reach is the goal

No organisation pays directly for my services; the visibility Champions create is worth far more than a single paid placement.
